Boston native Tom McBride makes earthy country- and pop-inflected roots rock. Raised in Boston, McBride spent several years honing his craft in Nashville before settling in the Washington, D.C. area. He released his debut EP, Headed For, in 2008, followed in 2009 by his first full-length album, Like a Lion. Two years later, McBride returned with his sophomore album, A Brief Head Spin. In 2013, he delivered his third album of original material, Morning Glory in Glen Burnie, which featured production from <a href="spotify:artist:3zMC8q0cqmtM4tVtjYNDwn">Kimon Kirk</a> (<a href="spotify:artist:65xy6loxYxKy3M9uiRHzLv">Grant-Lee Phillips</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:3UpIbyXfGzmHG6TMH4dJEk">Aimee Mann</a>).
