I have, for the most part, been a Union musician since 1965 and am currently a Life Member of Local 325, San Diego. I received a music education degree from Mount Aloysius College in Cresson, PA in 1972, and also attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1973.

I taught for the San Diego Community College District since 1988 and also worked part-time for Grossmont College. I have had the opportunity to work with many well-known entertainers either as an opening act or as a sideman.

I play mainly guitar, but also keyboards, harmonica, drums, bass, tuba and some other instruments. I am accomplished playing rock, blues, folk, country, jazz, smooth jazz, swing, Americana and other styles. I received the San Diego Country Music Association "Entertainer of the Year" award in 1983, as well as awards for "Most Versatile," "Best Harmonica Player," and "Best Band."

I am currently working as a single, performing both folk and jazz music, and as a session guitarist for hire, as well as arranging and producing music.

I have recently released six CDs on the independent Audio Barn label plus one with "Rightside" entitled "Living on the Rightside." My 7th and latest CD is "Life's Good To Me," available on Amazon, CD Baby, iTunes, Spotify and wherever digital music is sold.
