TOMMI OSLO (born September 17, 2001) is an American record producer, songwriter, and recording artist from Nashville, Tennessee. One of the city's most recognizable and high-profile rap producers, he's best known for his work with superstar heavyweights like Lil Baby, YoungBoy Never Broke Again, Trippie Redd, The Kid LAROI, and NoCap, while also serving as a collaborator of several other burgeoning rap stars, such as BIGBABYGUCCI, sneak, Yung Fazo, SSGKobe, Lil Bam, Tokin, and 909Memphis. In 2025, TOMMI was voted by his peers and residents alike as one of the city's best producers in the realm of hip-hop/rap.
OSLO began producing in early 2017, operating under the alias of whiteout, uploading stand-alone instrumentals to SoundCloud. In 2019, he transitioned toward producing for other artists--a role he has since assumed full-time. OSLO cites his biggest producing influences as Wheezy, jetsonmade, Yung Sherman, Ginseng, XanGang, blank body, and Hella Sketchy. As an artist and songwriter, he claims PARTYNEXTDOOR and BEAM as his biggest inspirations.
