Tom's White Garden

Hello dear friend.


Born and raised in Brazil. Fell in love with folk music when i first heard Damien Rice’s “O”. I needed to be part of that, whatever that was.


Moved to NYC in order to establish myself as a singer-songwriter. Played at the bitter end and rockwood music hall. Went to every big record label trying to take a short-cut to stardom. “It doesn’t work that way” was said to me more times than i can count. I had courage but still felt like i had failed miserably. Still i met a lot of good people.


In the meantime i lost a ton of people that were basically everything to me.


Back to Brazil and out.


Moved to Dublin to work at my craft. Played some gigs here and there and really focused on improving my songwriting.


Started studying psychoanalysis and going to a shrink. Realised i didn’t want stardom.
Resolved a lot of inner issues while battling depression. Found light on music and art.


Now here i am delivering my heart’s content always with truth and no bull-sh**.
