Tonje Gravningsmyhr is a Norwegian singer/songwriter and trumpet/flugelhorn player, drawing inspiration from a diverse range of artists, including @Joni Mitchell, @Darius Rucker, @Norah Jones and @Anne Grete Preus.
Tonje’s debut solo album, @Wandering, was released on March 10th, 2023. Produced by Terje Norum (keys), the album features contributions from Camilla Eriksen (backing vocals), Lise Sørensen Voldsdal (violins), Håvar Langås Bendiksen (guitars), Finn Tore Tokle (bass), and Tor Hauge (drums).
Her second album, Maze, was released on April 5th, 2024. Tonje performs vocals and all horns on the album, with two duets featuring @Anders Wyller. Camilla Eriksen provides backing vocals on the title track, “Maze,” while Rino Johannessen plays bass guitar on the same song. Terje Norum plays keys on “Okay” and synth on “Catching Your Fire,” and all guitars are played by Håvar Langås Bendiksen.
August 29th, 2025, Tonje released her third album, Vektløs — her first album in Norwegian. The album explores powerful themes of life’s challenges and the complexities of adulthood, offering a deep reflection on personal growth and the emotional journey of navigating through life’s obstacles.
