Tony Edwards is an Oklahoma based composer and multi-instrumentalist. His sonic tapestries primarily focus on sound as an immersive and meditative experience with a strong sense of place and emotion that is often hinted-at, sometimes explained, in his deliberate and thematic titles. He crafts auditory landscapes and atmospheres that transcend conventional genres but intersect ambient, cinematic, doom jazz, drone and noise music through a combination of improvisational experimentation and precise sequencing and looping.
