I've only recently (2020) realized I can perform as a solo artist. For many years I was (and occasionally still am) the front-man for comedy rock band <a href="spotify:artist:50q47cmRn4MM6GkR6DSwa3" data-name="The Logical Hairs">The Logical Hairs</a>, who have released an album, a single, and an E.P during the eleven years of their existence.
More recently I've been a member of <a href="spotify:artist:2xMCejZxl2qJCifquV7TWd" data-name="The Golgis">The Golgis</a>, a humorous pantomime type band. They were victorious in 2019's Horsham Battle Of The Bands and remain a very popular live act.
Also in 2019 I decided to record my first solo album. A single, <a href="spotify:album:0PqqJSOhLSf8gQO4n3HQUX" data-name="Negative of You">Negative of You</a> was released, followed several months later by the full album <a href="spotify:album:2pWVprVHB2tXBhSFUrorCQ" data-name="A Friend No One Saw">A Friend No One Saw</a>. Musician friends kindly agreed to help out with recordings on some songs, including <a href="spotify:artist:59KyuJ7rX9VC7MDwvoZIbA" data-name="Shirlie Roden">Shirlie Roden</a>, former backing singer for David Gilmour, The Kinks, etc, etc.
A duet with Shirlie Roden, 'Mad Summer' was released in 2022, followed by the 4 track E.P 'Mind Race'.
