Too Far For Gracie is Patrik Ahlm and Fredrik Bergengren and music fans with a good memory will recognize the voice and guitars from hi-tech AOR act Time Gallery.
Fredrik Bergengren and Patrik Ahlm met in 1985 forming the later acknowledged AOR band Time Gallery, together with drummer Carl Colt and keyboardist Johan Stentorp. Within a period of six years Time Gallery released two albums. The first self titled highly acclaimed Time Gallery debut album (1989) was produced by US Grammy Award winning record producer Keith Olsen (Fleetwood Mac, Rick Springfield, Whitesnake, Ozzy Osbourne and more) and the (1992) follow up album “Kaleidoscope".
After Time Gallery’s split up and following two decades of touring and session work Fredrik Bergengren eventually went on and formed rockband Colorstone in 2010, with a debut album released in 2012. Patrik Ahlm also stayed active touring and as a full time songwriter during the 90s and into the new millennium. Through various minor collaborations Fredrik and Patrik gave birth to the idea of continuing the collaboration more seriously – enter Too Far For Gracie.
Since the early 1990s, music fans have been looking to reconnect to a band gone missing from the commercial scene – Time Gallery. And in a way, they finally can! Too Far For Gracie debuted in December 2018 with the single 'Rejected'.
