Originally discovered living among wolves (and briefly mistaken for Bigfoot), he found his calling behind the decks in an Alice Springs nightclub. From those wild beginnings, his journey led him to Brisbane, where he trained under a founding member of Mashd N Kutcher, sharpening his skills and refining his signature sound.

Early on, Townsend made waves in the DJ scene, competing in the prestigious Yourshot DJ competition and earning a finalist spot. His talent and dedication later saw him return as a mentor, shaping the next generation of DJs.

With a decade-long presence in the Brisbane and Gold Coast nightlife, Townsend is instantly recognizable—not just for his electrifying sets, but also for his legendary beard. He’s shared the stage with industry heavyweights like Diplo, James Hype, Eli Brown, Claptone, Matroda, Green Velvet, and Dr. Fresch, proving his versatility and ability to command any dance floor.

Holding residencies at iconic Queensland venues such as The Met Brisbane, The Royal George, The Bank, GPO, and Club Metro, Townsend has cemented himself as a staple in the electronic music scene. His weekly show on 105.7 Radio Metro further amplifies his
influence.
