Born in Malta, Jonathan started to self experiment with music at the tender age of thirteen where he learned how to play the drums and guitar. After some years, he showed interest in electronic music, listening to various genres and artists with different influences that shaped up his style. His music is inspirational and invokes certain emotions and more profound thoughts, melancholic with powerful atmospheres. Constantly adapting different styles and techniques to discover new elements. Toxism's first release was with Tentacles Recordings in 2016. Back then this label pioneered some great talent with the likes of Colyn and Dizharmonia. On the same label some months later, he worked on 'Opal' together with Erly Tepshi, who also remixed his track 'Us' on Three Hands Records. He released 'Orbit EP' on Brazil's famous Prisma Techno a year later, and after his track 'Into The Light' was signed to Steyoyoke. With pure determination, he thrives to continue his story, expressing it through music.
