Establishing themselves first in the indie pop space, Toyko proceeded to release four Volumes of their "Body Pillow" EP's which documented their journey into more electronic, experimental music. After a well received single "Some Nights" and a collaboration with League of Legends and Riot Games, Toyko then took a brief hiatus to re-calibrate their sound again.
Fast forward now to the final months of 2023, Toyko is back with a new sound rooted in Pop, Electronic, 90s Nostalgic Dance Music, and a sprinkle of influence from the Happy Hardcore sub-genre. Featuring catchy lyrics & melodies and bass oriented drops, this new era is destined to satisfy current Toyko fans, and will surely reach new audiences who crave a familiar yet groundbreaking sonic experience.
