Tramaine

Tramaine” Long ( born September 2, 1986) is the creator of a new genre of music that he calls R&G. R&G is a combination of Rhythm and Gospel that blends the sounds of the bass guitar, and 808 with the soulful piano and organ sounds of gospel.
With his high energy sound and show stopping performance he has proved he can transport any audience into the realm of good inspirational music. Fans from all over have expressed time and time again how his music has changed their way of thinking.
Tramaine was born in Virginia and raised in Atlanta, Georgia where his mother introduced him to gospel, soul and R&B. He first graced the microphone at the tender age of six singing in the church choir. Tramaine continued to progress as a singer and rapper under the name “Preach”. In 2004, he joined a local group named “Choppa Squad” under this group he performed in talent shows, competitions and recorded songs. Over the past decade Tramaine has performed at many clubs, churches, talent competitions, and music festivals.
In 2008 Tramaine began as a solo artist, feeling as though his style of music was on a more contemporary gospel level. He began writing and producing his own tracks. In 2017 he performed at Christ Fest, and Beat 2 Da Street in Kansas City, Kansas where he was listed on the ticket with some of today’s hottest musicians. His last performances in Kansas City was 2017 where he was the headlining act on Rock the Lake.
