Tre Mission

Tre Mission is a multi-talented MC and producer from Toronto who has been releasing music professionally since his teens. His work has garnered widespread support and appearances on world-renowned platforms like BBC Radio 1, MTV, Pitchfork, Fader, Rinse FM, GRM Daily, and Complex. With a career that bridges North American and UK cultures, Tre has carved out a unique space in the global music scene.

His critically acclaimed 2014 album, Stigmata, marked a defining moment in his career. Nearly entirely self-produced, the project earned a nomination for Rap Album of the Year at the Canadian Juno Awards and was long-listed for the prestigious 2015 Polaris Prize. Featuring collaborations with legends like Skepta, K-OS, Wiley, JME, and Merky Ace, Stigmata solidified Tre’s reputation as a boundary-pushing artist with a global perspective. The title track was also featured in the final season of the acclaimed TV series Power.

The follow up to Stigmata, Orphan Black was released in 2019 and further showcased his versatility and depth as an artist. Tre has also leaned more into collaboration as a producer, with artists like AJ Tracey, JME, Chip, and Mange Saint Hilaire.

In 2025, Tre Mission is set to release two highly anticipated projects: Hell is Other People, an album infused with heavy jazz influences and live instrumentation, and the long-awaited sequel to his early breakthrough, Malmaison 2.
