Jon Hartvigsen calls Norway, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium home. Growing up, he moved between these countries with his parents, picking up influences along the way. Together with his brother Bjørn, he started making music. While Bjørn fell for big band, Jon found his groove in jazz, ambient, and later lofi.
