Born in Louisiana,Trey Hodge has been a professional guitarist for 20 years. What began in middle school as a hobby, quickly turned into years of field work.
Trey learned the ropes gigging in multiple bands, touring, and scholarship work in college; to working as a session player and seeing the world as a show-band guitarist for cruise ships.
He was always intrigued by the studio environment and loved session work. So he began to build a home studio, one piece of equipment at a time. This allowed for independently producing and releasing music. The ease of access in the online music community also allowed for helping other musicians, whether through offering mixing and production services, or performing for other musicians in need of guitar work.
His own music is primarily of rock and pop tastes, blended with whatever styles and influences may show up. Everything from easy listening acoustic vibes, beach percussion, 80s hair metal, modern heavy guitars, lo-fi beat elements, to synthwave sounds and syncopated funk. Guest collaborators and players often show up.
