Flavio Oliveira (guitar and vocals), Paulo Bressan (bass) and Daniel Berga (drums) met in the jurassic chat rooms in 2001 and together founded the band Mutantes and Bizarros, with the primary objective of playing Rock and Blues with no big expectations than playing for fun and beer.
Like many other bands around, we started playing songs of artists that we loved like Jimi Hendrix Experience, Led Zeppelin, Barao Vermelho, MC5, Stooges, Blues Etilicos, etc, but it didn't take much time to start playing our first riffs and doing the real thing of making our own music.
From then on, the first compositions appeared spontaneously, giving birth to the first album "Louco pelo brilho do metal", recorded in 2004 at the Sincopa studio.
In 2005 the band changed drummer. Edu Gonzalez takes on the drumsticks and helps to raise the sound to a next level, adding precision in the rhythm section and creating new musical possibilities.
With more experience in the road and a handful of new compositions, in 2011 the band launches its second work. "Já Passa das Duas", recorded in the legendary studio Arena and produced in partnership with Tarcisio Jr.
At the end of 2016 Julio Avila takes on the other guitar.
Longtime friend, besides giving an up on the vibe of the band, his guitar made the sound denser and added new textures in the band's musical cauldron.
