English death metal outfit Trigger the Bloodshed were formed in Bath in 2006 by guitarists Rob Purnell and Martyn Evans. Drummer Max Blunos and vocalist Charlie Holmes joined the following year and began honing the group's powerful sound, a brutal aural onslaught that echoes classic extreme metal acts like <a href="spotify:artist:3UqRgrDIQ208yNGiWKRMNt">Napalm Death</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:5lhaM01nwvsMZpmPY2HVER">Carcass</a>.
