TRIGGER

Thapelo Maroga, professionally known as TRIGGER, is a South African DJ and music producer born in Springs, Gauteng. He grew up in the small mining town of Burgersfort, Limpopo, and later moved to Polokwane's Seshego township to pursue his tertiary education.

TRIGGER’s love for music began at a very young age, and by early high school, he had already started producing music as a hobby. Initially crafting Hip Hop beats, he eventually found his true sound in Amapiano, a genre that has come to define his artistic journey.
