Triple Drop International are an intercontinental collaborative 3 piece ballistic alt-rock band. There's three of us and we're all based in different countries hence the name!
Triple Drop International are: Steve Hiscock drummer and producer extraordinaire who is resident in Thatcham, Berkshire. Singer and guitar player Chris Gelder was a Newbury, Berks resident for many years until re-locating to Dublin in 2018. Colin Williams was born and raised across a county border or two in Fernhurst, West Sussex but he's overcome that unfortunate start in life to become one of World's foremost unsung bass players - and he was also bass player for 90s Indie legends Jack.
The band formed in early 2020 as lockdown restricted their normal musical activities. They soon found that their talents aligned perfectly on-line and quickly discovered their eclectic guitar-driven sound – with 80s and 90s indie and classic rock influences with hints of electronica and a poppy undertow.
