TRIV (Trivarg Arandhara) is a pioneering multi-genre electronic and bass music producer from Assam, India. Known for his innovative fusion of traditional Assamese motifs with modern electronic production, he has been instrumental in shaping the region’s evolving sound. His music often blends atmospheric textures, deep basslines, and culturally rooted melodies, creating a style that is both experimental and emotionally resonant.
In 2021, TRIV made history with ABIKALPA — the first full-length Assamese electronic music album — blending regional melodic elements with contemporary sound design. The project featured standout collaborations, including “Bohagi” with KLANZ and DXA (vocals by Diptanil Barua) and contributions from other prominent singers & musicians, marking the album as a milestone in Assamese electronic music.
On February 26, 2023, he followed with XONNGRAM, his fourth studio album and the first Assamese dubstep album ever released. Premiered at the Gauhati Press Club in the presence of industry figures, the album explored the creative and societal challenges faced by musicians, while showcasing collaborations with several prominent Assamese artists.
TRIV continues to push sonic boundaries, bringing Assamese music into global conversations through innovation, authenticity, and bass-driven energy.
