Patrik Větrovec (Truly Signi) crafts music that captures the personal conflict with inner self, depicting a struggle of finding one's place in an anxious, chaotic world. Fueled by existential angst while pursuing authentic self-expression, he seeks to realize his vision of a modern conceptual rock fused with industrial, club, ambient and noise elements, framed by cinematic soundscapes oscillating between despair and hope.
His journey through diverse electronic, experimental, rock & alternative music led him to the point of stumbling upon authenticity of the 90's and discovering industrial, which profoundly changed his viewpoint on music. Soonly after he became determined to bring back tension and raw emotional intensity of the past, declaring war to the soulless consumer based music industry of today. His path now leads him still further into the depths of unexplored industrial landscapes, expressive noise and gritty distortion.
He got his first exposure mainly thanks to <a href="spotify:artist:0y42IQBDFigO5mmEd1bGQG" data-name="i_o">i_o</a> and the label mau5trap - which supported his midtempo bass remix of <a href="spotify:artist:0y42IQBDFigO5mmEd1bGQG" data-name="i_o">i_o</a> - <a href="spotify:track:5frpx0IFT5usJJyE993OHI" data-name="Low">Low</a> in late 2018.
