Leo Ernst was born in Ede (netherlands) in 1972 and already had to experience some strokes of fate in his childhood.
At the age of ten, he got the eye disease Stargardt. That was the last time he regonized someone.
Leo withdrew and discovered his interest in music. After hearing the first four to the floor beat, he was dying to know how to make this kind of electronic music. But that would take an other ten years. In the main tine he was mixing music at home. Leo became a local DJ at the age of 19, despite his eye disease, because he couldn't read a display or CD.
At the age of 22 he meets a friend. who made music (hardcore) on the computer. This with the impulse tracker program and he was hooked. So he started making electronic music as a hobby. He released his first track in 2004. Many tracks followed under different names as (MR magoo) but still as a hobby. In 2016 his life changed with a new love. His new girlfriend inspired him to make music full-time for a living.
That's how Leo started producing under the name T.T..Y.E (Techno to your ear). He makes techno in his own style. In 2019 he released his first EP called Chapter 1. Then followed the EPs chapters 2 and 3 chapters 4 the D tour. Currently he is busy working on project red tape.
