Tully C. is an American rapper, songwriter, composer, and producer from Indianapolis, Indiana. Originally known as Tully Cicero, he was fascinated by the uniqueness and rich writings of “The Renaissance”. Such a moment in time, mostly known for its art, architecture, politics, and literature, he was drawn to the works of one Marcus Tullius Cicero, who was considered one of the greatest orators of the modern era. Cicero’s speeches heralded the influence of philosophy and its influence on policy, challenging beliefs, all while, creating a fresh approach on expression. With this in mind, Tully started his music career in 2011 on the local circuit. He began performing across the Midwest in cities such as Chicago, Cincinnati, and Detroit as well as doing a series of mixtapes from 2011-2018 (Runaway Diamonds. Ego, The 7th Day, etc.) Tully C. has performed & worked with artists such as: Benny the Butcher, Jay Worthy, Smoke DZA, Willie the Kid, Audio Push, & more! Identified as a lyricist & songwriter, he possesses the ability to diversify trending sounds of the new generation with traditional cadences, topped with a pop/trap vibe that’s relevant to today’s sounding music.
