On the 10th of August 2000 Teun Oomens was born. As a youngster Teun started playing guitar and installed his first dj-software. He already loved sharing his passion for music with others by playing at (private) parties and after a year of dj’ing, bigger performances followed.
In 2016 he decided to act under the name “Tunebased” as DJ and in parallel his journey as producer started. Several shows and releases followed. In 2018 major milestones as performances at festivals, clubs and radio were reached. Spain (including Ibiza and Platja d’Aro) and France were added to his international experience list. In 2019 he also made his debut in Portugal: Club Vida Albufeira together with Dutch artists like Johnny 500, Famke Louise, Dopebwoy and many more.
His music is best described as a mix of techhouse and basshouse.
