Tuva Finserås is a pianist, singer-songwriter and aspiring film composer based in Nesodden, Norway. She debuted as a musical artist in Melbourne, but returned back to her home country after nearly 5 years Down Under.
Tuva’s music is hard to slot into a category and she isn’t concerned with staying true to a specific style, but instead prefers to experiment with elements from different genres. Her music is nonetheless clearly recognisable, carrying her characteristic sound from song to song.
Her songwriting won her a spot at the annual 50 Songs in 5 Days founded by Specific music in partnership with APRA AMCOS. Her debut EP was released in June 2018, produced by Benjamin McCarthy. (Alex The Astronaut, G Flip, Gordi, nyck), who was instantly captivated after seeing her show in early 2017.
