From the city of Charleston, SC, which is known more for it's history than it's future, Twaun Dawn's music journey started back in 2005 with a rugged street tone. Releasing several local projects that didn't bring notoriety but played an important role in shaping who Twaun Dawn is today. Deciding to go solo in 2010, with personal growth his message grew parallel. Someone who still believes in guerrilla marketing he has slowly paved his own way by grabbing one listener at a time. With more chapters to write in his story he often says he can't wait to be on VH1s "Behind the Music." After learning about his rollercoaster ride I agree, it would be a great episode!
