Tyn

Tyn is a producer from the Netherlands. In the early 90's he started creating his first tracks on a commodore amiga with protracker. Hiphop and all kinds of electronic dance music were in full bloom.
As a teenager he was inspired by hiphop, breakbeat and techno-ambient music and he enjoyed making his own beats. Through the years he aquired some studio-equipment in his bedroomstudio, working on his productionskills.
Tyn started out producing breakbeat and techno-ambient music. In 2007 he released his first album 'Hidden Sources'. Working on his second album '46905 Wings', his mind was on producing hiphop beats with an authentic gritty oldskool sound and soundscape elements. He was also inspired by the beautiful sound of classical instruments like the cello and violin. He composed melodies for cello, and collaborated with Luca, a great cello player. Sunstorm is a collaboration with Nicolaas Fiddleson (violin) and Samuel (bassguitar).
Tyn's influences are from (oldskool) hiphop aswell as 90's dance and drum&bass and techno-ambient/soundscape music. Early 2024 Tyn's second album '46905 Wings' was released. New music is coming up!
