Udo Kasemets was a music reviewer for the Toronto Daily Star (1963), the organizer of multimedia and new music performances at Issacs Gallery (1965 - 1967), the director of the Sightsoundsystems festival (1968) of a branch of the Experiments in Art and Technology (E.A.T., New York). Kasemets taught sound studies at the Ontario College of Art (1970 - 1987) and is influenced by the ideas of <a href="spotify:artist:1Z3fF5lZdCM0ZHugkGoH8s">John Cage</a>, Marshall McLuhan, and Buckminster Fuller.
