I call myself UGARDANT1. I make beats because it’s my passion. I love the fact that when I sit down to create a new beat it’s like I’m on a new playing field. It’s a blank canvas to create something unique and vibrant to the times I’m living in. I came from nothing twice. I climbed to the top of two professions in my life and at the end of it all I had nothing to show for it. I had it all and lost it all. Then with my father passing away last October was without a doubt the lowest moment in my life but somehow it lit a fire up under me. Since then I’ve made over 1000 beats and I can’t stop. I won’t stop till all the beats are done. I’ve realized thru it all there was always the music. Music has brought me thru the hard times and I believe providence is right around the corner. I’m no longer waiting for someone else or something to happen to get to where I want to be. I’m in the moment and working hard to get to where I want to be.
