Una Stef is a singer/songwriter from Reykjavík, Iceland. She bursted out into the Icelandic music scene in 2014 when she released her debut album. She caught the eyes and ears of people from all over and received great critique. Ever since then she’s been a regular at the Top Radio Charts and has performed at every major venue, events and music festivals in Iceland.
This lady is known for her powerhouse vocals and energetic performances. One review highlight states that “Una is one of the greatest vocalists in Icelandic music history”.
Known for their explosive live shows Una and her band finally made it official: they are now an item. In 2018 ‘the SP74’ was born. That same year they were nominated for Song of the Year at the Icelandic Music Awards and Una as Singer of the Year.
Since then they have become one the islands favorite live bands and the pillars of Icelandic funk & soul.
Una Stef and the SP74 are currently working on their album, due in 2021.
