Unite Against Society, a Belgian streetpunk band since 1996. Founded by four guys who wanted to cover some songs from their favourite punk and oi! bands.
After one year they had created themselves enough own material to release a demo cassette.
Their first cd ‘Oi!, loud, fast and proud’ was released by the end of 1997.
In that time the band was playing all over the country. Playing in pubs, youthclubs and small venues.
In their hometown Herentals a loyal fanbase was developing and every weekend their where parties to be attended.
They played a lot of shows supporting Belgian punk legends Funeral Dress and played abroad with them on several occasions.
In 2001 the band signed a deal with the famous record label Helen of Oi! and their second cd/lp ‘Loved by few’ was released.
Playing all over Europe the band had a great time.
In 2007 the band released their third cd ‘Our way’.
In 2020 the band released a new album after a lot of years, "U.A.S", featuring a new drummer (Dieter Peeters) and a lead guitarist (Koen Leysen)
In 2026 the bans will release their latest and possibly greatest "No Way Out", back as a 4 piece band.
