Born in Boston, MA, University initially gained local recognition as a rapper in his high school cafeteria, where he used to spit jaw-dropping freestyles during lunchtime. It wasn’t until the release of his debut mixtape, First Day of School, where he began to capture the attention of his city. Intent on pursuing a solo career, University617 has been creating countless songs over the last 15 years and is currently in the process of releasing his debut album, I Told You So, to solidify his position as the next best rapper in the game.
