Unlighten is a progressive-rock band from Bandung, Indonesia. Formed in 2020, but their history as music performer stretches back since 2005. Their music contains many aspects ; symbolism of social culture, occult mysticism, philosophical & slice of life, due to their background outside of musicians life (Tiko (vocal) & Doni (Drum) is an entrepreneur, Dino (bass) also work as Commercial Airplane Pilot, Akhmad (Guitar) is capitalist bankers).
Their musical approach is different; not aiming the mainstream industry in their country (which is revolves around slow love & cheesy songs), but also not become bizarre & weird like many of the indies acts out there. freedom of expression & Pure refined intellectual chaos is their music.
