Hi... My name is Rasmus Hedeboe.
I’m a guitar player and singer and songwriter from Copenhagen, Denmark.
Since that day, almost 35 years ago, when I first played Tom Dooley on my dads old guitar, I have spent all my life trying to be a better guitar player and musician.
I have toured and played for other artists like Johnny Logan (IRL), Lars H.U.G. (DK) and Lis Sørensen (DK).
While living a life playing other peoples music, I have always been writing my own songs.
At home, in hotel rooms or at writing camps with international songwriters. Great songwriters like Douglas Carr, Randy Goodrum, Iain Matthews, Pete Droge and many others.
Some songs were meant for others. Some are even recorded by others. But most of them just never came further than the cozy surroundings of my computer, waiting for the right time to get exposed to someone who cared.
Now I know it is time for these songs to meet the world.
Along with my friends Henrik Askou (drums) and Thorbjörn Appehl (bass), I have formed the band Urban Cowboys and recorded some of the songs that has accumulated on my computer through the years.
I am good at telling stories.
I’m good at playing guitar.
Now it is time to put it all together.
