The Urk Men's Choir “Hallelujah” is a flourishing singing association with a clear character. In a de-Christianized Netherlands, eighty men, including many young people, can sing to spread the message of God's grace for sinful people. The repertoire consists of psalms, Christian songs in various languages and classical choral works. New sound carriers appear regularly. Because of its great merits for Christian music, The Urker Men's Choir “Hallelujah” has been awarded the Royal Medal of Honor.
