Zamokuhle Malinga professionally known Uswenka was born at Jozini one of the rural areas in the
middle of KwaZulu-Natal. He spent most of his upbringing there with his Father, from a young age,
he was passionate about Maskandi music as he has now created a name for himself in the music
industry under the Maskandi music genre ,he played big role on his first debut album
Zamokuhle whom in the music industry is popularly known as "Uswenka” has managed to climb
up the ranks of music successfully from 2020 as he was introduced into music he recorded his first
debut album on 2020 , He caught people’s attention when he recorded his first album ,In his music
career, he has released about 2 albums featuring a number of artists including; Mbabazani, and
other artists. The album was titled "Iyangicika lento" .The albums have hit songs which has left
followers still dancing on their feet despite them being realesed years back, which include,
umshado uzophela, bengimthanda etc. he recorded one of his best song titled umshado uzophela
that was aired and playlisted in different various radio stations and also was nominated for the
song of the year at Nongoma Fm , the songs sold almost 10 000 copies ,that led him to be called in
several events and radio interviews. The album t still doing very well also in digital platforms.
