Maxim Khomenko's passion for music dates back to his childhood as he grew up in a house of rhyme and rhythm. The St. Petersburg born and German raised artist is a trained professional dancer and is always drawn to a solid beat and an energetic dance floor.
Maxim, better known as his alter ego VALIETE, co-founded the Empore label in 2014 together with his companions of old, including aspiring artists Marc Wolf and Philipp Harms. Four years later, in 2018, his debut single SAGA was released and quickly gained the support of renowned artists, such as Maceo Plex and Tale of Us. Shortly after, he released an edit for Billie Eilish's hit song BAD GUY on Torture the Artist's 5th anniversary compilation FIVEFOURTWENTYTWENTYONE in 2019. The Hamburg-based artist has also released a remix on Hommage for label heads Monkey Safari's track WALLS, followed by his debut EP BLACKOUT in 2020.
In the process of cementing his place in the electronic music scene, perfectionist Maxim VALIETE Khomenko is definitely a name to look out for in the near future.
His next EP called NUN is about to be released through his label EMPORE at the of September 2022.
