Hi, I’m VARSHAVINN (my friends call me Varsha) I’m an alternative/pop singer-songwriter from India now based out of Dubai. I left home at 15 and decided to become a musician (my family took that very well) I play around with genres and don’t like putting myself in a box (I went through a blonde hair rock phase yes.) So anyway, after graduating from Berklee College of Music in Boston, i spent years refining my sound/hitting multiple rock bottoms and further down, but kept crawling back up. I’ve been told that I’m known for my sirenesque/soft/sensual but sometimes powerful vocals and introspective songwriting. When I write songs — which is mostly all the time, i explore themes of duality, vulnerability, feminine power, embracing shadow self, love & the lack of it, trauma, being a lover girl and then some femme fatale. It’s a whole mess and that’s what it’s all about. I love the mess it makes the best art.

My live performances have gained some recognition, with notable appearances at prestigious events and venues such as Formula 1 Abu Dhabi, Dubai World Trade Center, Bulgari Hotels, and Under 25 India. Grateful for these platforms and excited to meet all of you someday!
