Since 2003, Gianluca Dossena has been active in the DJ scene under the name "Vaven". His passion for electronic music is not only a guarantee for lively and unforgettable party nights, but also a source of top-class productions.
In 2009, he released his debut single and his first remixes. He regularly conquered the Top 20 of the Swiss Dance Charts and even reached the podium in 2012 with the track "Try It Harder". This was followed by collaborations with artists such as Simeon, Petra Bonmassar, Myra, Lisa, Sidney King, and releases on various compilations.
In 2013, he was responsible for the DJ mix of the compilation "Fuck The DJ", which reached the Top 20 of the Swiss Compilation Charts. In 2015, he took over the DJ mix for the Street Parade Warm-up Compilation and reached the Top 10 of the Swiss Compilation Charts.
Since then, he has released several songs under music labels such as Chapter Eight, collaborated with musicians like Highland Sanctuary and Ladina Viva, and in 2025, he found a new home with the music label profimusic.
In addition to his own productions, Vaven plays his unique bootlegs of popular songs by other artists in clubs. His experience as a DJ and his background as a producer allow him to know exactly what his audience is craving. Both nationally and internationally, he makes hearts beat faster with pulsating beats and enchants every club with his unmistakable happy feeling.
