Veins are a Death/Thrash Metal Band from Rome, Italy. Although trying to label their style proves to be a pretty hard endevour. Rising in the very talented, but sometimes repetitive, Italian Metal scene, Veins brought a fresh air of originality with their groovy, sometimes progressive songwriting.
The band formed in 2014 by n 2014 by Riccardo and Francesco, soon thereafter Fabio joined with his bass. The first songs were written, and after a quick try with another musician, with whom the first live shows were performed, Lorenzo Natale found its way in the lineup as the lead guitarist. All 2015 was spent refining the album, and then 10 songs were ready to be recorded. The recordings went along all fall and winter 2015/2016, and the production process was completed in December 2017. They released their debut album “Innocence” through independent labels Rockshots Records and Extreme Metal Music.
In 2018 they embarked on two European tours, the latter with legendary US bands <a href="spotify:artist:3v3VSKylQE69ztn5TUVlFE" data-name="Nile">Nile</a> and Terrorizer. The promotion of their album "Innocence" is still ongoing.
