VELVET MOON has carved a unique space in the music world with their deeply intimate and evocative songs. Sandra Bjurman, the band's lyricist and vocalist, draws directly from her everyday experiences. Their first three albums earned the band global recognition, even reaching the top of Spotify’s Viral list in Indonesia. VELVET MOON's music has also become a favourite among vloggers and has been featured in TV commercials for brands like Kappahl and Bollinger in Sweden. Their fanbase is diverse and multi-generational, with entire families often sharing a love for their music.

The band's 4th album, Solid Ground Can’t Carry Me Now, released in the spring of 2023, continued their tradition of storytelling with a raw, confessional tone. This album, influenced by Sandra's battle with burnout, carries echoes of Fleetwood Mac. Tracks like "Call The Shaman," "Aura," and the title track delve into the difficulties Sandra faced during this challenging period.

Looking ahead, VELVET MOON has promised to release their 5th album, "An Endless War In The Summer," in 2025. The first singles from the upcoming album, "Hymn" and "A Love Song", have already captivated fans.
