Veya was born & raised in the Bronx, NY. She’s a passionate musician, songwriter, and clothing designer.
Veya began writing poetry as an outlet at a young age, and began studio recording in 2021 during her struggle with divorce & the COVID pandemic.
Veya has a BFA in Fashion Design with a focus on Intimate Apparel from the Fashion Institute of Technology and is the owner/creative director of Vianna Occhino - a NYC based women’s clothing brand, established in 2019.
