Think of Brazil and immediately think: bustling culture and beautiful scenery. But beneath all that, now we think: Victor C. A child of São Paulo, yet a student of London, Victor has played a key part of the capital city’s musical scene since 2016, not only playing venues like Egg, Corsica Studios but co-running his own party, Fragments, which has impressively invited Toto Chiavetta, Innellea, Marvin & Guy and Kris Davis to play on the decks.

Swing our attention to his releases, and Victor is most notably behind ‘The Affair EP’ with artists Joone and 1403, which picked up a much-anticipated remix from Marcus Worgull and both the remix in question and original hitting the Beatport top 15 and 12 chart respectively - certainly not a bad starting career milestone moment to achieve. With his deep-rooted love of The Cure, Phil Collins, Dinosaur Jr when younger, it’s easy to see where the musical influence, which plays out in his alluring and groove ridden melodies comes from; quality which has made him a regular name on Secret Fusion, with tracks supported by Marcus Worgull, Black Coffee, Echonomist, Toto Chiavetta, Santiago Garcia - and even Tiësto.
