VIIITO

VIIITO. "Dj with his trumpets". Producer, dj and trumpet player in one person from Czech republic focusing on melodic techno & house, progressive house, organic house. This combination creates a completely unique synthesis and sound.
He draws his inspiration mainly from jazz workshops, from where he implements the acquired skills into electronic music.
In 2022 he realeses with producer, dj and sax player John Sarkander their debut EP on swiss label Labor musik. They called it Carpe diem. It contains 2 songs. First song Kalokagathia has unique and provocative sounds with vocal elements taken from an interview with jazz legend Miles Davis. Carpe Diem is the main song, a melodic house/techno fusion with saxophone and trumpet.
In 2021 he performed on the island of Ibiza, specifically on the roof of the famous Hard Rock Hotel. Together with John Sarkander they've also recorded a sunset live set, which was broadcast on czech music television Óčko tv.
He also plays at Rooftops, focuses on the club scene and festivals.
