Inspired by everyday life and the vast intricacies of being human, Montreal’s Vikki Gilmore crafts meaningful narratives that ring tenderly relatable. This road took her everywhere, from performances at Pop Montreal and Toronto’s historic Horseshoe Tavern for NXNE; to Los Angeles to be featured on an EDM track under Steve Aoki’s label. These experiences helped her hone her craft and return to her roots, focusing on soulful songwriting and a folk-inspired sound.
