Vision Flight is the solo project of Brooklyn-based musician Jared Elder. Deliberately subverting genre boundaries, his songs incorporate elements of electronic, rock, pop, folk, and experimental styles. Jared began playing violin at age five, followed by piano and guitar in high school, and a bachelor’s degree in classical guitar performance. The next step was learning how to produce electronic music and combine it with classic songwriting. After six EPs, a full-length album, three music videos, and numerous singles and collaborations, Vision Flight continues to search for new forms of expression.
