Vivid

Vivid is an artist originally from Newark, NJ. Growing up through hardships in a Puerto Rican household, found a passion for hip hop at a very young age. Vivid's influences cross different era's and genres, ranging from Hip-Hop legends Big Pun, Kool G Rap, Rakim, Big L to R&B/Soul artists such as Anita Baker, Sade, Marvin Gaye, to Salsa singers such as Frankie Ruiz and Marc Anthony. Though he had been writing poetry his entire life, Vivid began writing, recording, and producing music around 2001.

Eventually, he began performing on shows and tours. With high level lyrics, witty word play, sharp delivery and boom bap production, Vivid's versatility is a huge part of his unique skill set. 
 Around 2009, Vivid started releasing mixtapes and eventually an album with DJ Cazz called "Back 2 The Future", with songs produced by Domingo. He was a producer for the likes of Big Pun, Eminem, Rakim, KRS, Drake, Daddy Yankee etc.

After a long hiatus raising a family, he has returned to release a new album, called "Beholder" which is a biographical EP containing 2 books describing his childhood up till adulthood. The album is a reflection of human growth, through tragedy to triumph, which is on its way to make an impact to anyone who listens and is in the journey to become great.
