Nigerian vocalist and songwriter Vixxbug blends heartfelt Afrosoul melodies with Afrobeat rhythms, creating a sound rooted in deep emotion and cultural authenticity. The Osun State-born artist (real name Tinubu Victor) began making music in 2019 while attending university, where he found his voice writing emotionally charged songs that channeled both personal struggles and everyday life in Nigeria.

Vixxbug officially debuted in 2023 with the single "OLE," a vulnerable and introspective track that introduced his soulful sound and lyrical honesty. Drawing from a fusion of Amapioano, Afrobeats, R&B, and soul, the song captured attention for its delicate production and moving vocal delivery. In 2024, he expanded his sonic range with the release of "Roll It," a rhythmic, mid-tempo anthem that showed his playful side while maintaining the emotional signature of his style. With just a handful of songs released, Vixxbug is already gaining recognition as one of Nigeria’s most promising emerging voices. His fusion of soul and Afrobeat is both modern and timeless and his journey is only just beginning.
