VLA THE HUSTLER is a rap artist that grew up on the gritty streets of ASBURY PARK NJ.
As one of 8 kids in a 2 bedroom house. His parents did not have much but they worked hard and struggled to survive and instilled in V.L.A. that "whatever you want to be in life ,always strive to be the best at it ".
As he was growing up he found that he loved rap music and as he was already very artistic he began to create his own lyrics and engage in several rap battles on the streets .
After becoming well-known in the hood for his creative lyricism he began to record mixtapes and sell them on the streets,and produce hip hop beats as well as produce and direct his own rap music videos.
Now that V.L.A. is more mature and experienced
as a rap lyricist he continues to promote his brand of reality rap through live stage performances and streaming sites and all of the most prevalent social media.
V.L.A.s message to all his fans is to "never give up striving to succeed."
V.L.A. is preserving the art of rap /hip- hop lyricism for generations to come.
