Vockah's first releases were in ‘97, when he was working with artists like Juvenile and Magnolia Shorty from the same Magnolia Housing Development where he grew up. He's worked with Cash Money records, C2K, and Hype Enough Records. Vockah and Juvie used to bang on a lightpost and rap. Vockah's “Roll Call” beat became an absolute staple of the genre and has been sampled or played on roughly a trillion dancefloors.
